Happy / Worry Brain

Happy Brain - These thing make me feel happy when I do them because I feel completely at ease. I usually forget what I'm doing and let myself go loose. I just feel happy when I do them.
Worry Brain - These things make me feel uncomfortable and nervous. I worry about these things and I let myself get into a dark place. Also one more thing that I couldn't fit into the head was being compared or comparing myself to others. I don't really know how I could really stop worrying about these things but hopefully I can do them in the near future.
